My best experience so far has definitely been with the AttaPoll survey app.
They have a refer-a-friend option which credits commissions from my link to registered users who complete surveys. In a relatively short time (almost 5 months) it is 60€ .Just from the surveys it would be 13€.

Access to your location

Credit system and rewards

Does AttaPoll really cost money?
I will update this section after I receive my first payout! I collected the minimum withdrawal of €3.00 and requested a withdrawal to my PayPal account. I received my payout after just one minute. I checked my PayPal account and indeed – 3.79 euros had been credited to my account.
I earned €3.79 for both completing surveys and recommending new users to use the AttaPoll survey app.
Conclusion – AttaPoll is an honest service provider that will pay you for the effort you put into completing surveys.
